Curating Moments.
Creating Memories.

THE STORY OF

Mahina Moments was founded on the belief that every celebration deserves more than logistics. Each celebration deserves intention, care, and the kind of hospitality that makes people feel seen and celebrated. Rooted in a tradition of gathering and honoring stories, we approach planning with both structure and soul.

From weddings to milestone celebrations, we bring calm organization to the details while keeping the joy in the process. Our role is to remove the weight from your shoulders so you can be fully present with your people and confident that every element has been thoughtfully designed and seamlessly executed. Events aren’t just a single day on the calendar; they are moments in your story, and each one deserves to shine.
Your Planner’s Story
Mahina Moments is led by founder and planner, Kulani Paikuli-Campbell, whose approach blends professionalism with warmth. Known for her calm presence and organized execution, she is the steady hand behind life’s biggest moments. Clients often describe her as both highly detailed and joyfully present.

Shaped by her upbringing in Hawai‘i, where hospitality and community are a way of life, Kulani brings a unique perspective to every event. She believes that stories are not just meant to be heard but held with care, and her greatest joy is designing experiences where people feel honored, loved, and free to linger in the present moments that will soon turn to memories.

The Story Behind the Name
Mahina means moon in Hawaiian. It represents rhythm, light, and the beauty found in each season. Just as the moon follows its sequence with steadiness and grace, every event has its own time to shine.

For Mahina Moments, the moon is a reminder that celebrations deserve both structure and meaning. With the right balance of planning and creativity, events flow seamlessly — leaving space for joy, connection, and the lingering moments that become lasting memories.
